Bougainvillea Group of Lodges is a collection of six small, owner-operated camps and lodges on the northern safari circuit in Tanzania.
Bougainvillea Safari Lodge and Country Lodge Karatu are located on the outskirts of the town of Karatu, conveniently located between Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater.
Sangaiwe Tented Lodge is situated near the new gate to Tarangire National Park and Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge is close to Lake Eyasi, known for cultural tribal encounters.
ThornTree Camp, is a classic tented safari camp located in central Serengeti which supports wildlife year-round.
The newest addition to our group,Marera Valley Lodge is also near Karatu, closer to the village of Rhotia and very convenient to the main road with good access to Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro. This elegant lodge has stellar views over the valley.
